We confirm that the summarised non-financial report of UNIQA Insurance Group AG, prepared in accordance with Section 267a (2) of the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB) and the EU Taxonomy Regulation (EU Regulation 2021/852), contains all the information necessary to gain an understanding of the course of business, the business performance, the position of the Group as well as those effects of its activities that relate to environmental, social and employee matters, respect for human rights and the fight against corruption and bribery. The disclosures include a description of the core business of UNIQA Insurance Group AG and its concepts relating to these topics, including the due diligence processes applied and the material risks. The report also includes information on the results of the implementation of these concepts and the key performance indicators.
